The rainforest chalet was a perfect blend of nature and comfort. Don't miss the delicious breakfast options, and the service was top-notch.

Overall, the resort is a beautiful escape with friendly staff and stunning nature, but the food quality varied, and one restaurant had disappointingly slow service. It’s a relaxing getaway, especially for wildlife lovers, but the location is a bit isolated without many options nearby.

During my stay, I loved how close the Langkawi Cable Car and Sky Bridge were, making my city strolls easy and enjoyable, and the abundance of wildlife surrounding the resort added a special charm to my mornings and evenings.

The breakfast was a highlight, featuring delicious options like organic jams and the beloved Roti Canai Cheese. Staff interactions were consistently pleasant, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere. However, navigating between the reception and chalets required consistent shuttle calls, and dining options could be hit or miss, especially with larger groups ordering together.

I had an amazing 4-night stay in the Rainforest Chalet, surrounded by vibrant wildlife like dusky leaf monkeys and hornbills right outside my door. The room was spacious, and the staff was exceptionally accommodating, quickly resolving any issues that arose. I particularly loved the diverse breakfast options that fueled my adventures. However, I wish the dining choices could be more varied at the restaurants on the resort.

The Berjaya Langkawi Resort offered a beautiful natural setting with a rainforest feel. I loved staying in the Rainforest Chalet, surrounded by wildlife. The room had a nice balcony, but the air conditioning struggled to keep the space comfortable. Staff were exceptional. They arranged everything promptly and were always super friendly. Breakfast had a variety of options, though more Western choices would be welcome. I was disappointed with the limited dining offerings during the evening, specifically at the Thai restaurant which had a wonderful view but lacked flavor. I found the beach clean and enjoyed swimming. however, the water sports area was a bit busy with jet skis. Getting around the resort was easy thanks to the buggy service, but I noticed some areas looked a little worn and could use maintenance. For the price, it felt a bit steep, especially given the higher restaurant prices compared to local spots. Nonetheless, the location was stunning, making for a good holiday overall.

The breakfast spread was delightful with lots of choices, and I especially enjoyed the swim-up bar at the pool. It felt like paradise, and I would definitely return for another stay!
